- Customer: Refers to you, the user of our website and services.
- Consignment: Any parcel, group of parcels, or shipment sent through our service to a single address.
- Consignee/Receiver: The person or entity receiving the consignment.
- Carrier: The third-party transportation company we partner with to move your consignment.
2. Service Agreement
All services provided by the Company are subject to these terms and conditions. The Company reserves the right to use its own personnel or third-party carriers to perform any part of the service. By using our services, you warrant that you are the owner of the goods or have the express authority from the owner to enter into this agreement.
3. Quotations and Charges
- Quotations are based on the information you provide and are subject to change if any details about the consignment, such as weight or dimensions, are inaccurate.
- The Company reserves the right to revise charges if there are changes in freight rates, customs duties, or other fees.
- The Customer is responsible for all descriptions, values, and particulars provided for customs, tax, and other official purposes. You agree to indemnify the Company against any losses, damages, or fines arising from inaccuracies or omissions.
4. Shipping and Handling
- The Company has complete discretion over the means, route, and procedure for handling, storing, and transporting goods unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- We may, at our discretion, inspect any consignment before or after you hand it over to us.
- You are responsible for ensuring your consignment is properly packed, secured, marked, and addressed. We are not liable for delays or issues resulting from improper packaging or inaccurate information.
5. Prohibited and Restricted Items
- Prohibited Items: You must not send any noxious, dangerous, hazardous, flammable, or explosive goods. You are liable for any damages, penalties, or costs resulting from sending such items without prior written arrangement.
- Restricted Items: These items can be sent but are not covered by any transit insurance. They are sent at your own risk. This includes valuables such as bullion, coins, jewelry, antiques, and certain electronics.
- If you book a service for a prohibited or restricted item, any transit insurance is void. If such an item is collected and later returned, no refund for carriage will be given, and additional charges may apply.
6. Customs and Duties
- You are responsible for paying all customs duties, taxes, and any other charges levied by authorities in the destination country.
- The Company has no control over customs delays, queries, or charges. Any storage or other fees incurred due to a customs hold will be passed on to you.
- You appoint us as your agent for customs clearance purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
- The Company is not liable for any loss, damage, or expense unless it occurs while the goods are in our direct custody and is a result of our willful neglect or default.
- In no event will the Company be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, income, or market.
- Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the lesser of $50 USD or the actual value of the goods, unless you have purchased additional insurance coverage through us.
- We are not liable for delays in pickup, transportation, or delivery, regardless of the cause. We are also not liable for any loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as acts of God, war, strikes, or government actions.
8. Collection, Delivery, and Surcharges
- Collection times are estimates and not guaranteed. If you are unavailable for a scheduled pickup, a surcharge may apply.
- You must obtain a receipt from the driver upon collection. Failure to do so may void any claims, as there is no proof the service took place.
- A surcharge may be applied for a redelivery if the consignee is not available at the delivery address.
- We reserve the right to charge additional fees to your payment method if the actual weight or dimensions of your consignment exceed the declared values.
9. Claims Process
- Damage or loss claims must be submitted to us in writing within 10 days of receipt for damage/delay, and within 28 days for loss.
- To process a damage claim, you must provide proof of value and keep all original packaging for inspection. Failure to do so will void the claim.
- The Company aims to resolve all claims within 28 business days.

- All agreements are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Company is located.
- Your use of a personal form or document does not override these terms and conditions.
